Civil Engineer/Senior Civil Designer

(Two Full-Time Positions with Benefits)

PDG is looking for two talented and highly motivated Civil Engineers or Senior Designers who want MORE – people who want to be part of a GREAT team with GREAT benefits and GREAT opportunities.  Project Delivery Group is a growing, innovative, and resilient civil engineering, land surveying and planning firm with energetic team members who are passionate about our professions, the success of our clients, the quality of our work, and about building a good life and company together.  PDG’s growth is sustained by our growing reputation for providing fresh approaches, accurate projections of project budgets and schedules, and meeting our promises to deliver the services our clients seek.

We want to add two exceptional individuals with knowledge and experience designing a variety of projects using AutoCad Civil 3D and/or other tools in the Infrastructure Design Suite to our team. At PDG, you will be performing civil engineering design, calculations and other related duties in direct collaboration with our Senior Engineers. You will work independently; exercising mature engineering judgment to address project and client-related issues at the level your experience, personal initiative and capabilities will allow.  As part of the PDG team, you will be able to develop your career with easy access to the latest technology, new experiences, continuing education/training and an opportunity to help expand into new service areas.

At PDG, there is never a dull moment because we love doing cool things other firms won’t attempt!  We maintain an informal, upbeat, family-friendly office built around hard work, communication, teamwork, fun, client needs, and growth. We value and reward skill, knowledge, ingenuity, creativity, dependability, integrity, and commitment.  PDG has been growing steadily by retaining employees with shared traits including: being proactive, smart, respectful of others, fun-loving, accountable, resourceful, bold, curious, collaborative, and having an entrepreneurial spirit.

Everyone at PDG influences the direction our company takes, so you can help create the environment you have only dreamed about.  You will fit right in if you care more about doing it right than watching the clock, seek out opportunities to learn something new or find a more efficient approach, prefer speaking to people rather than about them, care more about the project than a hierarchy, and you offer help as easily as you accept it.
