Land Surveying

Project Delivery Group utilizes current technology and techniques to collect and provide accurate land surveying data. Our land surveying staff incorporates the appropriate accuracy in efficiently performing tasks related to design surveys, construction surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, monumentation, and document preparation. This provides our clients with services and deliverables meeting the standard of practice for the area, delivered on time and at an exceptional value.

We utilize Trimble survey controllers, GPS equipment, and robotic total stations, as well as Leica digital levels to perform the land surveying field tasks. We collect the design survey data using “field to finish” techniques.  This provides for data reduction efficiencies in the office. The office tasks are performed utilizing AutoDesk Civil 3D.  Our staff is proud of their knowledge and ability in utilizing the software and equipment to efficiently and accurately perform the appropriate survey tasks.
